Jeff was born and raised in Iowa and has lived in Colorado and California in his adult life. He is currently a Product Manager for the State of Colorado Medicaid Agency. Jeff’s career path has crossed many industries and roles. From farm worker to factory worker to HVAC technician to home inspector to data analyst to analytics manager to now product manager. He has also taken detours as an environmental activist and anarchist. Jeff’s interest in sustainability and the environment was sparked early when he made his family start recycling as a second grader in Iowa in the 80s. More recently Jeff and his partner Johni have invested in solar and batteries for their home and gone full electric with their automobiles. With this transition their commitment to helping others has blossomed and sparked their interest in becoming active in organizations like Go Electric Colorado. Jeff is excited about the opportunity to lead the Denver chapter and how he can be a more effective advocate for the transition to full electric living.
